Executive Director
Barbara brings to Working Solutions 25 years of management experience. As a founder of Working Solutions, she offers extensive management experience and program knowledge. She has held a variety of management positions and has been responsible for program development and implementation including a hospital-wide "Service Plus" Program. She has proven experience with and interest in all levels of staff training and development. Barbara is known for the humor and enthusiasm that she integrates into the learning process. Other strengths include grant writing and organizational and developmental strategies. She has completed the Grantsmanship Training Program from the Grantsmanship Training Center and the Kauffman FastTrac Planning Program.
Barbara is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has done post-graduate work at Webster University. She has served on numerous Community Boards and volunteered for nonprofit agencies. |

With over 30 years' leadership experience, Wanda brings a breadth of experience and knowledge to her coaching. As a former corporate executive of a major health care system, she understands the challenges facing executives. Likewise, she is sensitive to the diverse issues leaders face.
Wanda is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute; holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management; is a credentialed mediator and serves as adjunct faculty to several universities. |
