Working Solutions Retention Specialists offers human resource and training services through its HR OnCall program. Services are designed to make it possible for small and mid-sized organizations to access human resources and training support services affordably, without absorbing the wage and overhead costs of hiring additional employees.

HR OnCall Telephone Support

Working Solutions will provide just-in-time human resource phone consultation covering such subjects as recruitment, management, employee relations and policies.

These 90-minute classroom training sessions equip new managers with the skills to succeed, and serve as a performance intervention, and reinforcement of leadership initiatives.

HR OnCall Staff Training

This series of 90-minute classroom training programs help combat turnover and equip staff with the skills needed to succeed and be productive.

HR OnCall Coaching

Both Executive and Management Coaching session are conducted at Working Solutions offices. Staff coaching can occur either over the telephone or at Working Solutions. All coaching sessions are one hour in length.
