Our History
The Working Solutions Program was funded in 2001 through a grant from the Homer McWilliams Charitable Hospital Trust. In partnership with Trinity Lutheran Hospital, the program worked to address healthcare employment needs in Kansas City. With the closing of Trinity, Working Solutions moved to the Baptist-Lutheran Medical Center where our menu of training classes and program offerings were expanded.
In 2003, Working Solutions became an independent leadership and employee development program serving the greater Kansas City community.
