Working Solutions assists employers with training, coaching and career development services. With a combined 50 years leadership experience, our team brings top credentials and specialized skills to complement your organization's expertise and prepare your team for the future.

Our History

The Working Solutions Program was founded in 2000 to address workplace training and retention needs. Working Solutions has evolved to assist leaders with the training, coaching and employee development needs of all levels of staff.

In 2006, Working Solutions became an independent leadership and employee development program of Cornerstones of Care serving member agencies and the Kansas City community.
